About this service
These terms apply to the ZombieHug digital video service at zombiehug.com. Contact support@zombiehug.com for product, billing, privacy or content questions. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
What you purchase
One payment buys one 15-second MP4 with sound, using the selected story template. Its resolution (720p or 768p) and aspect ratio are shown before checkout. AI motion, likeness, cuts and music vary; an edited showcase is not a promise of identical editing. The price is $6.99, plus any applicable tax disclosed in Waffo checkout. There is no recurring subscription.
Photo-to-video service
ZombieHug uses two still portrait photos as appearance references to generate a new fictional story: an encounter, a gentle embrace, and a warm memory. The service does not accept a target or reference video, replace faces in existing footage, or clone voices. Real-person photo uploads are allowed only for ordinary adults who have agreed to appear in the video. AI-created adult portraits are also accepted. The result is an AI-generated depiction, not a recording of an actual event; likeness and motion can vary.
Permission and allowed content
You must be an adult and have permission from every person pictured. Only ordinary consenting adults or AI-created adults are accepted. Political figures, celebrities, copyrighted characters, children, harassment, impersonation and graphic content are not accepted.
AI model and service provider
The main couple story is generated using ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini through KIE. Other current stories use MiniMax H3 through SeeAPI. The selected story and full generation settings are saved with the order; older orders retain their saved model and prompt. Cloudflare hosts the application and private media; Waffo handles checkout and payments. ZombieHug is an independent product and is not an official ByteDance, MiniMax, KIE or SeeAPI application. Model availability and safety decisions can affect generation.
Acceptable use and prohibited content
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Prohibited categories are pornography or NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech; child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other unsafe content involving children; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation; and copyright or trademark infringement. Source photos must be authorized. Do not pass fictional AI videos off as evidence of real events.
User responsibilities and breach of these terms
You are responsible for the rights to your uploads and for how you use or share the output. Uploading unauthorized photos, requesting prohibited content, misrepresenting another person, or abusing the service is a breach. We may reject a request, withhold an affected output, delete violating media, restrict abusive access, or suspend or terminate service for that use. These measures do not create a subscription or erase mandatory consumer rights. Payment and refund questions are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Content checks, reports and appeals
The story uses a fixed template; users cannot submit free-form prompts. We use the provider’s applicable safety policies; tasks rejected by the provider are not delivered. Reports and disputed restrictions are reviewed manually. Provider screening has limitations and is not a guarantee that every inappropriate upload or output will be detected. The Acceptable Use Policy explains reporting and enforcement.
AI variation
Identity details, motion, hands and story timing can vary. Illustrative storyboards do not guarantee an identical final result. We do not guarantee perfect likeness, a frame-perfect transition or viral performance.
Delivery and access
Generation begins after our server confirms payment. Keep your private order link. Download your video during its 14-day retention period. Queue time depends on capacity and is not guaranteed.
Payments and refunds
Waffo processes the one-time purchase. The Refund Policy explains technical failure recovery and refund handling. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
Service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, safety concerns or lack of generation capacity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific generation time. We may update these terms and publish the effective date on this page. A price change does not change the price recorded for an existing order. Contact support if you disagree with a restriction or need help with an existing purchase.
