Acceptable Use Policy
Use ZombieHug for authorized, clearly fictional AI storytelling. The categories below describe prohibited content and misuse, not features offered by the product. These rules cover uploads, generation and sharing. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

Scope and permission
This policy is part of the Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 and own your source photos or have permission from every adult pictured. Do not upload children, celebrities, political figures or copyrighted characters. Consent does not permit harmful or prohibited uses.
1. Pornography and NSFW content
Do not submit or create pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, nudification or sexualized depictions of a person. The fixed story does not offer sexual scenes.
2. Graphic violence and gore
Do not submit or create gore, dismemberment, graphic injury, torture, threats, or material encouraging real-world violence. The fictional zombie setting is non-graphic: no blood, biting or injury is requested.
3. Hate speech and harassment
Do not create hateful or dehumanizing material targeting protected characteristics, harassment, intimidation, extremist propaganda or content that encourages discrimination or harm.
4. Child sexual abuse material and unsafe child content
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, and other unsafe content involving children are prohibited, including synthetic content. Photos of children are not accepted by this service.
5. Misleading identity use and impersonation
Deceptive deepfakes and identity misuse are prohibited. Do not impersonate someone, forge statements or evidence, make misleading depictions of real events, or use a person’s identity for fraud, humiliation or harmful fabricated conduct. Prohibited uses include face swapping, nudification, non-consensual intimate synthesis and deceptive identity substitution. These are restrictions on misuse, not available creation modes. Do not present an AI output as a real recording. Fictional outputs must be described as AI-generated when shared.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not use stolen photos, unlicensed copyrighted characters, brand logos or other protected material without the necessary rights. Do not imply an endorsement or official affiliation that does not exist. Use music licensed by the social platform or otherwise authorized for your use.
Content screening and review
Users choose a fixed story and cannot supply a free-form prompt. The configured story excludes sexual content, graphic violence and brand references. Generation is subject to the provider’s applicable safety policies. Provider-rejected or failed generations are not presented as delivered videos. We review public examples before publishing them and manually investigate content reports. Screening may miss problems; we do not claim that it verifies consent, identity or all rights in a photo.
Enforcement and user responsibility
If we identify a violation, we may reject generation, withhold affected media, remove violating uploads or outputs, restrict abusive access, or suspend or terminate service for the affected use. Order status, provider task status and failure information are retained for recovery and support as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not operate customer credit balances or deduct fictitious penalty credits. Applicable consumer rights and the Refund Policy continue to apply.
Report content or appeal a restriction
Email support@zombiehug.com with the subject Content report or Appeal. Explain the concern and include an order reference or relevant public page where available. Do not include passwords, payment card data or unnecessary private images. We review reports manually and can request enough information to investigate. If a restriction was made in error, contact the same address for review.
