Privacy Policy
Your photos are personal. This is how ZombieHug uses them to create and deliver your video.
Your photos
The two still photos provide appearance references for the characters in a newly generated fictional video. Photos stay in your browser until you confirm your order and continue. We privately store the source uploads to deliver the requested story, and send them to KIE or SeeAPI according to the story you select for video generation. We do not publish your uploads or use them as public examples.
Storage and deletion
Source uploads are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours of upload. Generated videos are retained for 14 days from delivery. Payment and order records may remain for accounting, support and dispute handling. You can request deletion using your private order reference.
Payments and service providers
Waffo handles checkout, billing information and payments. We do not receive your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the application, stores private media and processes task records. KIE processes the main couple story using Seedance 2.0 Mini; SeeAPI processes the other current stories using MiniMax H3. The selected provider receives the images and story instructions under its own terms.
Cookies and order access
Necessary cookies and a private browser-stored order reference help you resume your purchase and download. Your private order link grants access to the video, so keep it private. We do not set advertising or session-replay cookies in this release.
Contact
Contact support@zombiehug.com with your order reference for access, correction or deletion requests. Do not send passwords or card details.
